The Shippen

The Shippen is a delightfully converted traditional stable block and piggery in the peaceful hamlet of Cantlop, Shropshire. Contemporary decoration and furnishings with Loaf upholstery and king size beds ensure a comfortable holiday. A large wood burning stove and renewable energy, under-floor heating, makes it an ideal retreat at any time of year.

The accommodation sleeps four adults in two bedrooms with king-size beds, a bathroom with both shower and bath, an open plan sitting and dining room and a good sized fully equipped kitchen. An air-source heat pump provides hot water and under-floor heating throughout.

Outside there is a large deck with table and chairs, a grassed area and good parking.

LivingThe sitting area has comfy seating around a large log burning stove with a TV, docking station and a DVD player. Books, maps and games are on the shelves. There is free WiFi internet access.

The dining area has a dining table and chairs for four with storage for tablecloths, napkins, mats and cutlery.

020713_TF8_2080_LowEach bedroom has a Loaf king-size bed with mattresses packed with natural, breathable fillings, hand-made in Wiltshire. Anti-allergen duvets and pillows with natural wool throws will help to make for a restful night in peaceful surroundings.



The Bathroom

The tiled bathroom has a shower cubicle, bath, hand basin, lavatory, storage and heated towel rail. Towels are provided.



The Kitchen

Layout of The Shippen

All doors lead out on to an east facing, large wooden deck which has a table and four chairs, it catches the morning light and in the summer has sun until the afternoon.
